California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)
"Do Not Sell My Personal Information" Rights

We do not sell your personal information in exchange for any monetary consideration.

However, we do share personal information for other benefits that could be considered a “sale,” as defined by the CCPA (Cal. Civ. Code 1798.140(t)(1)). This includes sharing personal identifiers, commercial information, or technical information with advertisers, website analyzers, and a Therapist or Client when directed.

If you are a California resident, CCPA (Cal. Civ. Code 1798.140(t)(1)) may permit you to "opt out" of the "sale" or your personal information to third parties (as defined in CCPA). See our CCPA Privacy Statement for more information.

You can exercise your right to request disclosure, deletion, or other amendment of your personal information by sending an email, indicating your request, to privacy@sessioninprogress.com. Our privacy team will review and respond to your request. Please note that we will need to confirm your identity which may require additional information disclosures to make sure we do not disclose your information to another person who should not receive it.
