APPROACH & MORE ABOUT ME
Prior to becoming licensed, I worked in community mental health for over ten years. I've been licensed in private practice for the past seven years, and I take a relational approach to therapy. I believe that the relationship between myself and my client is the foundation for great work, and use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, among other treatment modalities.
I enjoy working with children, teens and young adults with issues related to anxiety, depression and trauma. Clients have described me as warm, calming, easy to talk to and relational. I look forward to hearing from you!
