I help my clients seek empowerment and achieve their goals. I work extensively with Anxiety, ADHD, Trauma & Attachment, Codependency issues; Couples & Family Counseling as well as helping Parents work through challenges with parenting.

My approach is Psychodynamic, meaning I utilize tools from all therapeutic approaches, but believe that our past experiences/ relationships inform our current issues/struggles, if we uncover the root cause of the issue we can find the cure.

With support and collaboration, I provide a safe space to explore unique challenges, build healthy coping, and tap into strengths. I assist those experiencing stress, anxiety, grief and loss, and those coping with ADHD, illness and injury.
